Information We Collect From You Directly.
Registration. You can browse our site without providing personal information, but you must create an account in order to access some of the features of our site. When you create an account, we may collect

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we require you to provide your billing details. Please be aware that this payment information shall be stored by third party payment processors.

Information Automatically Collected.
We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our website or use our Service. - At last revision, clippi.io does not share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes, but which right we reserve.

we have not but may - provided your affirmative opt-in prompted by an action taken in the app - share your information with our business partners who offer a service to you jointly with us. At which time and which instance we will articulate the
information granted therein.
- Third parties at your request. For example, you may have the option to share your activities on our Services with your friends through social media.

3. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
Marketing Communications: If you do not want to receive promotional emails from us, you can click the "unsubscribe" button on promotional email communications. Note that you will not be able to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, password reminders, changes or updates to features of the Service, or technical and security notices.
Do Not Track: At last revision, we do not collect information from you for behavioral advertising purposes, though we may collect persistent identifiers from your browser or mobile device to assist us with providing and improving the Service. Because
we collect browsing and persistent identifier data only for analytic and internal purposes, your selection of the "Do Not Track" option provided by your mobile browser will not have any effect on our collection of analytics information or the
collection of a persistent identifier.
Data Access and Retention: If you have submitted information to our Site you will be unable to edit that information. When using our Platform you may be able to access and edit your information via the Platform dashboard. However, you will be unable to opt out of any of our data collection practices via the Site or Platform. With each removal request you must list the information you wish to have removed exactly as listed. Please be aware that removal requests are not processed instantaneously. There may be a reasonable delay in removing any information requested.
4. SECURITY AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION
clippi.io cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information
we collect and that we share with our service providers. While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches, no website or internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot
guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breach will never occur. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation
and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. We make reasonable attempts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards. For these reasons Clippi employs SSL certificates. However, as our Platform and Site are hosted electronically we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information. For this reason, we recommend that you use anti-virus software, routine credit checks, firewalls, and other precautions to protect yourself from security and privacy threats.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This Website is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information

SUBSCRIPTION ADMINSTRATION: We may use your PII to (1) negotiate, execute, renew and/or manage a contract/premium subscription with you; (2) process billing information and payments related thereto; and/or (3) communicate with you in respect of the above (including sending (legal) notifications).
ACCESS AND COMMUNICATIONS TO OUR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES – We may use your PII to (1) set-up and manage the your Clippi account; (2) interact with you through our Platform (e.g. software updates, Platform announcements, etc.): and/or (3) manage and respond to your questions (e.g. technical, commercial or administrative) or requests for maintenance and support.
THE USE OF THE PLATFORM – We may use your PII to (1) enable you to enjoy the use of, and easily navigate the Platform; and/or (2) better understand your needs and interests.
SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES; NON-PAYING CUSTOMERS – We may use your PII to share with our partner company: Amazon Web Services (for cloud computing and storage purposes), Mandrill and Customer.IO (for email delivery purposes), Stripe and Chargebee(for payment processing purposes).
TRAINING & IMPROVEMENTS – We may use your PII to (1) train our employees or contractors to allow for a better Platform experience; and/or (2) improve the Platform.
DIRECT MARKETING – We may use your PII to contact you for additional products and services that you may be interested in.
Your data is not disclosed to any third party except (i) for providing the services you requested and for which Clippi collaborates with third parties, (ii) when we have your permission, (iii) when it is required by a competent authority in the exercise of its duties (for example in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities) or (iv) as otherwise required by law.
